1. Operator and contact

The operator of needmaster.eu is Needmaster.eu (Slovenia). Contact: admin@needmaster.eu.

2. What NeedMaster is

NeedMaster is a directory/platform that helps users find and contact tradespeople and service providers. Needmaster.eu does not provide the services listed in advertisements and is not a party to any agreement between users and providers.

3. Listings, responsibility and disputes

Each listing is created and managed by the provider (advertiser). The provider is responsible for the accuracy of listing information (description, pricing, availability, terms, contact details) and for delivering their services.

Any agreements, payments, complaints or disputes are strictly between the user and the provider. Needmaster.eu is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from interactions with providers.

4. Free use

Browsing and searching the website is free. Creating a basic listing is also free unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Supporting the platform (optional)

Support is an optional voluntary contribution of any amount that helps fund platform development, advertising and maintenance. As a thank-you, your listing may be shown for a limited period (default 30 days) in the Supporters section on the homepage and may receive a small SUPPORTED label. Listings in the Supporters section are displayed in random order (6 at a time) and rotate every few seconds, so your listing may not appear immediately.

Because support triggers a digital thank-you/visibility benefit that starts immediately (or after listing approval), support payments are non-refundable.

6. Content rules and moderation

Do not post illegal, misleading, abusive or copyrighted content. Needmaster.eu may review, reject, remove listings or restrict accounts when necessary to protect users or keep the platform running.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Public listing details are visible on the website. Non-public data (e.g., login details, private messages) is not shared with third parties except essential service providers (hosting, email/SMTP, payment processor) needed to operate the platform.

8. Changes

Needmaster.eu may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the effective version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
